Plein cintre (semicircle)

Cintre in French means "centring", which is a wooden mold used as temporary support to build an arc (arch).
Plein cintre means in Romanesque architecture having the shape of a semicircle.
In the picture (Wikipedia) a mold used to support a round arch.
